Came across an article on what can u do if u only hav 6mths to live? These is wat the article said..
1.)1st thing rmb, u are not dead.
2.)Recognise tt ur body is only a part of who u are. u are greater than the sum of yr physical parts. so dun be preoccupied with ur body or illness.
3.)watch the returns of simpsons.
4.)Laugh
5.)However, avoid using humor to put yrself down.
6.)Purchase a notebook
7.)Record ur anger and frustrations. U can gain distance and perspective by writing down what u are going through
8.)Talk openly about ur illness, dun keep what u are going through bottled up inside. dun shut out other people. Dun isolate urself.
9.)Let someone to feed you peeled, seedless grapes.
10.)Resist the temptation to think of urself as useless;belittling urself will only lead 2 depression.
11.)Remember no one can make you feel inferior without yr consent.
12.)Be useful. Set Goals for urself. Even if they r small ones like cutting out some newspaper articles you've been meaning to save.
13.)Start reading a book tt you've always wanted to read.
14.)Come to terms with the fact that you may not be fully physically fit again.
15.)Learn to pray
16.)Settle financial matters like CPF and insurance
17.)Mourn,grieve, n cry for urself.ordinarily we think of mourning for our parents and our loved ones, but not for ourselves.Crying helpes u gradually come to accept the end: the irrevocable fact tt all living things die.
18.)Tell someone the story of ur life,sparing no details.
19.)Hav an entire tub of ice-cream.
20.)Love urself.Be gentle, patient,and be kind to urself.love urself the way ur parents loved u when u were a child.
21.)Ask the people whom you've wronged to forgive you.
22.)Forgive others.
23.)Forgive ur parents.
24.)Forgive urself.
25.)Identify behaviours u want to change, change them.





Life is precious.. Really wish tt life can always be as simple as wat it was when we were young, where we are true to our friends without any intention.. But in such a practical modern envioroment, I doubt life will be simple.. However I sincerely hope tt I can live life to the fullest, help ppl when I can..
