what's the bestway for curing EMO.. Some friends told me that it's to eat a lot. But today it's useless to me, I already had 5 meals today.. Some friends told me that I will feel better if I drink excessively.. However I see the cons rather than the pros when doing tt.. Maybe I will feel more miserable if I drink. Well some friends told me that it's to go out.. I reallie agree with him. Most of the time we only feel EMO when we are at home, late at night. But I dun wanna hang out late at night.. I wanna stay at home and do the things that I wan.. Well, someone also told me that by logging in to msn, U will feel EMO too.. Haha.. Crtainly, I agree to this to an extend.. still no solution to my problem.. sleep is not the enzyme which can digest my problem.. What should I do? What is the next step tt I should do? I wanna get out of this situation.....
